Tracey has been a dedicated NMC registered nurse since 1996, with a career that spans roles both education and senior management. She is an independent prescriber and has advanced her expertise through education to master’s level. As a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and a published author, Tracey has made significant contributions to the nursing profession. Currently, she serves as a Senior Lecturer in Nursing at a renowned Russell Group university, where she continues to inspire and educate the next generation of healthcare professionals.
