This is some text inside of a div block.
Biography

Dr Arturo Almeida is a consultant surgeon and one of the few voices in aesthetic medicine arguing that clinical excellence and product excellence are no longer enough. Over more than two decades in the industry, he has built his career on closing that gap: for medical professionals building premium private practices, and for aesthetic manufacturing companies who need their technology to deliver real returns in their customers’ clinics.

As Fractional Chief Medical Officer for Marllor Biomedical, he designed and led the medical leadership, training architecture and KOL strategy behind the brand’s expansion from 34 to 70 countries, including the launch of Aqualyx and Alidya across Latin America. He is the creator of the world’s first course on the prevention and management of complications after fat-dissolving injectables, which is now a reference standard in the field.

Through Baarle Consulting Ltd, he advises aesthetic device and pharmaceutical companies on building the medical infrastructure that drives business growth, and mentors medical professionals building premium private practices. He has trained practitioners across 51 countries and four continents, and works fluently across English, Spanish and Italian markets.

A sought-after speaker at international medical and industry conferences, Dr Almeida is known for challenging the conventional separation between medicine and business, and for backing every argument with two decades of clinical and business evidence.
